The 2nd Training Course for the Barakat Foundation’s Socio-economic Facilitators Commenced
Attending by Dr. Muhammad Amin, Rural and Deprived Region’s Development Deputy of the President, Dr. Eisa Mansoori, Ministry of Cooperatives, Labour, and Social Welfare’s deputy and director of Iran's Technical and Vocational Training Organization, Eng. Saeed Jafari, CEO of Barakat Foundation, and Dr. Mahmoud Askari Azad, head of Board of the directors of Barakat Foundation, deputies and directors of the Execution of Imam Khomeini’s Order (EIKO), a group of state and army authorities and participants of the training course, the second training course for the socio-economic facilitators of the Execution of Imam Khomeini’s Order’s Barakat Foundation started to work.

In this ceremony, Dr. Muhammad Amin, Rural and Deprived Region’s Development Deputy of the President said, “This great volume of services rendered by the Barakat Foundation across the deprived areas and villages is valuable. Besides constructing 1200 schools, the Barakat Foundation has paid due attention to the rural infrastructures as one of its priorities. Barakat Foundation has taken seriously the project and started to help the system and advances more seriously over time,” the Public Relations Department of the Execution of Imam Khomeini’s Order’s Barakat Foundation reported.

“Job creation in villages must be ongoing, otherwise, it would be vulnerable,” he added.

 

Rural and Deprived Region’s Development Deputy of the President also said, “The government is obliged to train 100,000 economic facilitators through the Sixth Development Plan, so what the Barakat Foundation has done nothing but helping the government.”

Another speaker in this ceremony was Dr. Eisa Mansoori, Ministry of Cooperatives, Labour, and Social Welfare’s deputy and director of Iran's Technical and Vocational Training Organization, who said, “Barakat Foundation has started a new style to realize socio-economic development of the rural regions of the country.”

He also stated hopes that the rural hubs to become the effective cores for solving economic problems of the country.

 

It is worthy to say that in order to conduct its missions declared by the EIKO and also with the aims of developing the sustainable employment across the deprived regions, Barakat Foundation holds the second training course for the socio-economic facilitators with 210 participants from 25 provinces of the country.

210 participants of this training course were selected out of 1650 volunteered theology students who succeeded to pass the examination and the interviews. They are supposed to learn socio-economic skills within two weeks of this training course.

After passing the two-week training course, the participants, as the socio-economic facilitators of the EIKO’s Barakat Foundation, will execute their learned concepts and principles in the framework of job creation initiatives and circulars of Barakat Foundation.
