“Resistive Economy” Taskforce’s meeting of Ravar County was held in the conference hall of Ravar’s governorate. It was attended by Hoj. Ali Toiserkani, Ravar Friday Prayer Leader, Eng. Malek Ajdari, Ravar’s Governor, Dr. Rezaie, Financial Resources and Partnerships’ Deputy and Dr. Razizadeh, Society-based Entrepreneurship Development Deputy of Barakat Foundation, an affiliated foundation of Execution of Imam Khomeini Order (EIKO) and a number of authorities of Ravar county.
“Resistive economy of Ravar County discussion is being followed up with the presence of Barakat Foundation, as the representative of EIKO, as the economic assistant,” Malek Ajdari said.
Pointing to the measures made in the Ravar County by the Barakat Foundation, he added, “Six schools will be built by Barakat Foundation in the Ravar County, out which two schools have a good development and for other schools it must be said that their grounds have been assigned to the contractors recently.”
“For supplying rural water resources, Barakat Foundation has devoted 3000 million rials to this project, which must be appreciated and it must be said that 9000 million rials have been expensed for this so far,” he added.
Pointing to this fact that equipping the Education Department’s amphitheatre has been assisted and this site is being equipped, Ajdari said, “for finishing the Bastani Varzesh gymnasium and Ravar’s Seminary, it is hoped that the necessary credits are devoted based on what has been committed.”
Ravar’s governor said that various employment projects and initiatives have been analyzed in the Ravar County and people who were able to conduct such project were enrolled and introduced to banks and we hope that they would gain their loans without difficulty.
Another speaker of this meeting was Ali Toiserkani who stated; “The outcomes of Barakat Foundation’s services have become evident in this very short period of time.”
Ravar’s Friday Prayer Leader also said that measures made by Barakat Foundation in the resistive economy field have brought about bliss and happiness for Ravar and he appreciated its authorities and stated his hopes to tackle with all obstacles in this way.
“Some good facilities have been considered for investment in the Ravar County, but we face some problems in taking loans”, he said.
In this meeting, Dr. Rezaie, Financial Resources and Partnerships’ Deputy of Barakat Foundation, an affiliated Company of EIKO, pointed to the short-term initiatives of EIKO in Ravar County and said, “We have considered nine short-term job creation plans in the framework of “Sun Plan” business model (Barakat Economic Effort Guide Model) and using it we will create 1250 new job opportunities in the Ravar County and for this purpose 14 billion and 600 million Toman credit has been considered.”
Pointing to this fact that fortunately some consulting studies have been made as the economic assistance in the Ravar County and the results of such studies will be considered as the cornerstone for any sort of activities which would be made since then, he stated” “Five general fields of activities have been identified in this county which indicate the executive strategies of this taskforce in the Ravar County.”
Elsewhere in his remarks, he said, “In the MOU concluded between Kerman Provincial Government and EIKO, three short, medium and long periods will be considered and popular participations has been emphasized very much.”
“Seven mid-term plans have been considered in this MOU for eradication of unemployment in the Ravar County whose period is one year and creation of 1340 new job opportunities with 10 billion and 500 million tomans credit have been predicted in this regard,” he stated.
Referring to approval of 36 plans in the committee of this taskforce in the framework of loan-based projects, he said, “If the applicants take loans, we will see that 434 people will find jobs in this county.”
Financial Resources and Partnerships’ Deputy of Barakat Foundation pointed to the infrastructural measurements made by EIKO in the Ravar County and said, “A total of 772 projects in this field in the Ravar County with 11 billion tomans has been considered, which they are being implemented very vigorously now.”
“Hand-woven carpets of Ravar, having 325 sunny days in this county, potential farming, its transit road, its location inside the Lut Desert, etc. are among capacities of Ravar County which are supposed to be used by EIKO through Barakat Foundation in order to facilitate and accelerate the economic growth and development procedure in this county,” he said.
