According to Dr. Muhammad Mokhber, president of the Execution of Imam Khomeini’s Order (EIKO), like the past years, the Execution of Imam Khomeini’s Order (EIKO) was amongst the organizations which have predicted some extensive and variable services to the pilgrims of Imam Hussein (AS). Location of several retinues across Mehran, Chazzabeh and Shalamcheh, Karbala, Najaf Asharaf and the route between these two cities, supporting hoisting 35 popular retinues, paving the way for proposing medical and healthcare facilities for 50000 patients, cooperating in dispatching 800 first-time pilgrims and preparing the largest parking lot by EIKO for the convenience of pilgrims were among these activities.

Commemorating the memory of martyrs of Iran-Iraq War, Dr. Mokhber told the servants of the Execution of Imam Khomeini’s Order (EIKO) retinues in the Al-Atabat Al-Aliyat, “In this trip, take every step in the memory of a martyr of Iran-Iraq War. Our martyrs were in love with Imam Hussein (AS). Share the Late Imam Khomeini (RA) and martyrs in your actions and services and pray for the Leader of Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Khamenei.”

Explaining about services provided by the Execution of Imam Khomeini (EIKO), Dr. Amir Hussein Madani, CEO of Social Barakat Ehsan Foundation, described the details of such activities.

Dr. Amir Hussein Madani, CEO of Social Barakat Ehsan Foundation, referred to healthcare services, dispatching first-time pilgrims of Imam Hussein (AS), and installation of Ehsan retinues and producing and distributing media and cultural products as fields of activities of EIKO in the Arabaeen Ceremony and added, “Launching the “Heaven Visa” campaign and in the framework of 16 caravans, 800 pilgrims from deprived parts of the country including Hirmand, Nimrooz, Hamoon in Sistan-Baluchestan Province, Shakhen in Southern Khorasan Province, Ahmad Fadaleh in Khuzestan Province, Beshagerd in Hormozgan Province, etc. were dispatched to Karbala.”

“These pilgrims only paid their visa cost and the remaining costs of the trip of each pilgrim equal to 12 million rials have been paid by EIKO,” he said.

Explaining about how these 800 pilgrims were chosen, Madani said, “These pilgrims were chosen from the deprived areas where the rural development initiative has been implemented. Another condition for choosing them was to be young, between 20-45 years old and to have no history of pilgrimage of Karbala was another condition.”

Dr. Madani also referred to installation of three retinues of EIKO across the borderline cities of Mehran, Shalamcheh and Chazzabeh and also launching a retinue in Karbala, Najaf and in the route between them and said, “In the framework of “Ehsan al-Hussein” initiative, such retinues distribute a total of 20000 food and a considerable amount of drinking water among the pilgrims. Likewise, EIKO’s retinue in Karbala is able to accommodate and to feed a total of 5000 pilgrims.”

He pointed to the production of media and cultural products and distributing them through the Arbaeen rally as another activity of EIKO and said, “Such products had been produced with the aim of explaining concepts and dimensions of Imam Hussein’s Arbaeen and executive activities of EIKO in the country. Some documentaries about pilgrims of other countries as well as first-time pilgrims were produced and distributed.”

CEO of Social Barakat-e Ehsan Foundation, an affiliated foundation of Execution of Imam Khomeini Order, referred to establishment of Slamat-e Ehsan Caravan across the country’s deprived areas, after serving Imam Hussein’s pilgrims and stated, “with 600 sqm space and 140 beds, Ehsan-e Salamat Caravan will be located across the deprived areas, especially when natural disasters would occur, and then will start to provide people of these areas with medical services.”

Pointing to further equipping the Salamat-e Ehsan Caravan, Dr. Madani said, “More and more specialized services such as dentistry services and surgery operations will be added to capabilities of Salamat-e Ehsan Caravan.”

In conclusion he pointed to emphasis made by Dr. Mokhber, the president of Execution of Imam Khomeini Order (EIKO), about establishing five Salamat-e Ehsan Caravans across the country’s deprived areas and said, “Very soon we will witness more Salamat-e Ehsan Caravans, as these Caravans will start to provide their medical services in more than 1000 villages of the country.”
