These number of dowries were dispatched to the underprivileged and disadvantaged areas of the country at the initiative taken by the Execution of Imam Khomeini Order (EIKO).
In this ceremony, Head of EIKO Dr. Mohammad Mokhber commemorated the name and memory of martyrs in 17th of Shahrivar Event who were martyred during the Islamic Revolution and said, “rendering quality social services to people is the major concern of the Leader.”
Given the above issue, Leader of the Islamic Revolution has always focused on rendering quality social services to the noble people of Islamic Iran, he reiterated.
In the last two months, effective steps were taken by the Execution of Imam Khomeini Order in the field of social services, the most important of which include as follows; helping treatment of deaf children, etc.
In addition, EIKO will take more giant steps in the very near future, the most important of which are as follows:
Eradication of deprivation, social-economic empowerment activities in the less developed and disadvantaged areas of the country, Dr. Mokhber added.
Generating employment is the main activity of the Execution of Imam Khomeini Order (EIKO), he said, adding, “for this purpose, we have thus far managed to generate more than 400,000 employment opportunities in the country.”
In addition, EIKO has planned vast programs for the generation of employment in future, he added,
He pointed to the other measures taken by EIKO and added, “the Execution of Imam Khomeini Order has put construction of 30,000 residential units atop agenda, 10,000 of which have been delivered to the applicants while the rest will be delivered in the very near future.”
He pointed to the key role of people as the main pivot of implementation of objectives of EIKO and said, “Leader of the Islamic Revolution pays due attention to the provision of dowry for the young couples in the deprived and underprivileged areas of the country.”
He reiterated, “EIKO is pursuing to offer quality social services to people. Helping NGOs and charity foundations is the main policy of EIKO which are offering quality services to the noble people for years.”
The country is in a full-scale economic war, he said, adding, “this economic war is even more difficult than the war happened during eight years of Iraqi imposed war against Ira (1980-1988).”
In conclusion, Head of EIKO Dr. Mohammad Mokhber said, “EIKO is ready to cooperate and collaborate with the government in all fields.”
At the beginning of this ceremony, Deputy Head of EHSAN Barakat Social Foundation for Social Participation Affairs said, “every year, EIKO offers quality services to the needy young couples for the provision of dowries.”
In this regard, “we have launched a popular campaign dubbed ‘Avocado’, “he maintained.
He also revealed the dispatching of 100,000 packages of stationeries to the needy students in the underprivileged and less developed areas of the country before the New School Year.
