According to the report released by the Entrepreneurial Development and Economic Contributions Deputy of Barakat Foundation, an affiliated foundation of the Execution of Imam Khomeini Order (EIKO), with the aim of helping to eradicate deprivation and to realize purposes of the Resistive Economy, to support Iranian goods and production and producing a sustainable livelihood for people who are living in the deprived and less-developed areas, this foundation will operationalize two economic empowerment projects in Pishva, Varamin, Tehran Province and Mahdishar, Semnan Province.
These two industrial units in Varamin and Mahdishar units will help about 230 and 900 people two find direct and indirect job opportunities, respectively.
Ziba-Choob Company is active in producing various sorts of HPL coatings and has a capacity of producing 5000 tons per year of its products. Locating in the Pishva, Varamin, Industrial Town, this company us the second producer of HPL coatings in Iran, which with the contribution and investment of Barakat Foundation, an affiliated foundation of the Execution of Imam Khomeini Order (EIKO), is able to develop direct job opportunities for 180 people and indirect job opportunities for 720 people. Also, launching and operationalization of this industrial unit will save about 10 million USD foreign currencies for the country. More than 452 billion rials have been invested for launching Ziba-Choob Company.
Mahdishahr’s Satrap Industrial Group which is active in producing industrial gloves will be operationalized with 44 billion rials investment and developing 47 direct job opportunities and 188 indirect job opportunities. As a result of the operationalization of the second development phase of this industrial unit, not only the production capacity will be doubled, but also the condition for developing 45 new direct job opportunities will be provided.
It is supposed that these two industrial units to be opened formally by Dr. Seyed Hashemi, The Coordination Deputy of the Execution of Imam Khomeini Order (EIKO), Eng. Jafari, CEO of Barakat Foundation and a group of provincial authorities in the coming Tuesday.
