Speaking in the thanksgiving ceremony of launching 637 projects of Service-rending Jihadi Headquarter of EIKO across the deprived areas, Dr. Mokhber, president of the Execution of Imam Khomeini Order said, “This Islamic Civilization whose base is different from some of the modern civilizations will result in supremacy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the World and will pave the way for Rising of Imam Zaman (AJ).”

He invited the representatives of the Jihadi groups in this ceremony to follow the call for of the Leader and spare no efforts to complete the Iran’s development model and said, “Today, our country is in an all-out economic war and you, like the warriors of the Sacred War era, need to be in this front. If we bring people into the scene, there will be no doubt that the purposes of the Revolution’s Leader will be materialized. He is seeking for reaching this.”

Addressing the service-rendering Jihadi Headquarter groups of EIKO, he said, “If you take this seriously and extend your friends and followers, as the entire country is covered, then there will be no doubt that you will be supported financially. The size of your works is not comparable with other organizations’ and since you are inside the people’s heart, so, you may know their concerns and worries better than others. These concerns need to be prioritized.”

“Since the end price of job generation and infrastructural projects done by the Jihadi groups is considerably lower than the normal rate, I have asked the Barakat Foundation directors to assign these projects to the Jihadi groups as far as possible,” he added.

He put the main emphasis of activities of EIKO on the job generation and said, “EIKO expenses about 30 thousand billion rials across the deprived and less-developed areas annually, out which 70 percent is attributed to creating job opportunities and employment.”

Appreciating the fact that most activities of service-rendering Jihadi headquarter groups of EIKO are focused on job generation area, Dr. Mokhber said, “If unemployment problem is solved, most problems of the country will be solved, automatically.”

Dr. Mokhber called the participation of the Elite youth a great capital for the country and stated, “We cannot be both Muslim and revolutionary and then expect the enemies to stay away of our path and do not block our development.”

Eventually, he announced that a total of 100 Jihadists will be dispatched to Karbala and said that the financial resources attributed to this headquarter will be increased up to 1 billion rials.

Implementation of 637 Projects by 700 Jihadi Groups

In the beginning of this ceremony, the Dr. Muhammad Vadoodi Heydari, head of Service-rending Jihadi Headquarter of EIKO emphasized the honest and impeccable viewpoint of EIKO to the Jihadi groups, said, “a total of 37 projects of the headquarter have been implemented by 400 Jihadi groups in 31 provinces with the emphasis on the 11 deprived and less-developed provinces of the country.”

Dr. Heydari pointed to 45000 man-hour services in healthcare, medical and social areas to people who live in the deprived parts of the country, offering various services to 5000 deprived children, conducting 50 constructional and infrastructural projects including building rural roads, building mosques etc. taking advantage of 80 water-supply projects across the villages and construction and rebuilding rural housing, especially more than 400 houses for orphans as just some activities of Service-rending Jihadi Headquarter of EIKO.

More Focus on Rural Areas Development

In this ceremony, Dr. Amir Hussein Madani, the CEO of Social Foundation of Salamat-e Ehsan emphasized that this foundation has been formed based on design and innovation of EIKO and said, “Because of special attention to Service-rending Jihadi Headquarter of EIKO in social fields and formation of human capital for the system, Barakat Foundation was formed with the aim of deprivation eradication.”

 Dr. Madani divided colleagues and companions of Barakat Ehsan Foundation into four groups and explained, “Active charity organizations of social services field, NGOs, social leaders, and Jihadi groups help us, in which Jihadi groups play more important roles.”

He pointed to allocation of 2000 dowries to the poor couples, launching Mashghe Ehsan Campaign and sending 150000 stationary packs to students in the deprived regions and forming Salamat-e Ehsan Caravans as some activities which have been done for the employees of Service-rending Jihadi Headquarter of the Execution of Imam Khomeini Order (EIKO) and added, “On the occasion of Arbaeen Husseini ceremony, 140 people from Jihadi forces, in the framework of Salamat-e Ehsan Caravans, in Najaf, Karbala will provide healthcare and medical services to the pilgrims.”

Dr. Madani stated hopes that some good news will listen in the near future in such regions which are will be the result of more concentration on the less-developed rural areas.

In this ceremony, a number of Jihadi Groups’ representative explained about their viewpoints and considerations about their own activities.
