He said that given the naming of the year 1401 as the year of production, knowledge-based and job creation by Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution, we will provide special support for knowledge-based companies and projects in the country and with strong determination will give massive support to knowledge-based, innovative and technical production.

Torkamaneh pointed out that the main indicator for supporting the knowledge-based units is the enhancement of production and job creation.

"For the same purpose, Barakat Foundation has engaged in broad-based cooperation with science and technology parks, as well as development centers in all provinces of Iran and created a bridge between these science and technology parks," he added.

Torkamaneh continued that Barakat Foundation, in line with obeying the emphasis and guidelines by the Supreme Leader with regard to supporting the knowledge-based projects, has deployed expert facilitators in the knowledge-based field

.

He pointed to the measures taken by Barakat Foundation in knowledge-based domain in the past, and said that the foundation has launched 1100 job-creation projects in the knowledge-based field and activities and investment in this sector is important for the foundation.

Torkamaneh said that most of the knowledge-based projects supported by the foundation are related to the deprived and nearly-deprived provinces of Iran.

Barakat Foundation managing director stressed that the foundation has prepared special programs for supporting knowledge-based companies and projects in the year 1401 with the aim of boosting production and job creation.

Torkamaneh concluded by saying that Barakat Foundation will give special support to knowledge-based projects that will lead to job creation.
