According to the report, the Barakat Foundation's presence in Village Economy Achievements Exhibition were around the axes of the activities of the knowledge-based companies in various fields, including in production of non-chemical fertilizers, drones at the service of agriculture, biochemical plantation, production of handicrafts and supporting the producers, flower houses for production of seeds to be planted, intelligent terminals to prevent the freezing of garden plants, production of freezers to store foodstuff, breeding useful insects for the environment, and providing the balanced plantation pattern, thus having an active and presence in this year's exhibition.
Last Friday Ayatollah Seyyed Ebrahim Raisi, the president of the Islamic Republic of Iran, visited the Barakat Foundation booth in the Exhibition to Display the 13th Government's Achievements.
During the visit the Barakat Foundation Managing Director Mohammad Torkamaneh presented a report on the foundation's various activities, including the economic empowering of the poor, job creation, uprooting poverty and development and infrastructure projects.
The Village Economy Achievements Exhibition was opened on the National Day for Villages and Moving Tribes and began with the thanksgiving ceremony for creating 300,000 new jobs for the villagers and implementing 12,000 economic and infrastructure projects.
Ayatollah Raisi in the ceremony referred to the nomination of this year by the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution as 'Knowledge-Based Production; and Job Creation', arguing that the single way to save the country is supporting the knowledge-based companies, especially in the field of strengthening and boosting production in the villages and making competent the country's administrative system.
The president referred to the establishment of the 'Supreme Council of Construction Jihad' during the tenure of the 13th Government to support the activities of the Jihadi groups and also the activation of village economy, adding, "There are capacities in our villages which are quite high, and those capacities will be supported by the government in the framework of a solid policy making, paying attention to the priorities, and the comprehensive plan for development of the country."
He also said that launching the Terminal to Draw the Comprehensive Status of Country's Villages, which is a precious move aimed at informing the country's officials about the latest status of the villages.
"The existence of an apparatus to draw the status of the country's villages was a necessity for informing the officials about the existing problems in the villages at any given moment. This can lead to creation of balance in allocation of credits to our villages," he added.
Before president Raisi, Seyyed Amir-Hossein Madani, vice president for development of villages and deprived city districts, presented a report on the government's achievements in the field of village development and improvement of the economy of the villages, and especially the process of implementing 12,000 development projects and creating 300,000 sustainable jobs in the villages.
Also, the president in a videoconference with the governor general of the entire provinces, officially ordered putting to use those 12,000 development projects.
