Seyyed Mostafa Seyyed Hashemi added that the government intending to take initiative to this end must have the necessary requirements.
Barakat Foundation has created 210,000 projects by empowering entrepreneurs in underprivileged areas, he said, noting that 3 people were employed in each project.
Referring to 630 thousand people who have been employed so far, he said that disabled people are among the unemployed stratum who should be taken into consideration.
Pointing out that 4 thousand 500 plans have been created for the physically and mentally disabled, parentless, and disabled families, he said that 13 thousand 500 people are to be employed by creating these plans.
The disabled and educated people and those dealing with addiction are the highest priority of the entity, he underlined.
Last year, 2,500 homes were allocated for the disabled and their families, he said, adding that the figure will be 6,000 homes this year.
Barakat Foundation and the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development have jointly constructed 50 thousand homes since two years ago, he pointed out.
The Foundation has planned to construct 5 thousand homes this year, he stated.
Barakat has published some 35 books surrounding employment and the stable model of job-creating, he added.
The entity is to launch 4,500 projects devoted to the disabled, he said.
He said that 4 million and 200 thousand hectares of land have undergone dry farming this year.
