According to a received report, Hadi Zare, the Director-General of Education Department of Kohgiloyeh-Boyerahmad Province, said: “Barakat Foundation is building 47 schools with 264 classrooms with credit more than 258 billion rials in the Kohgiloyeh-Boyerahmad Province. Out of it, 29 schools in villages and deprived areas of Kohgiloyeh-Boyerahmad Province have been launched or are ready to be opened.

He also announced about 2600 non-standard classrooms in the Kohgiloyeh-Boyerahmad Province which need reinforcement and added, “These non-reinforced educational spaces are a part of 3020 schools in the province.”

Pointing to construction of the educational spaces within five past years in the province, the Director-General of Education Department of Kohgiloyeh-Boyerahmad Province said, “In this period of time, 124 classrooms with a substructure of more than 6200 sqm have been built with credit over 432 billion rials from the constructional provincial credits.”

“Also, within five past years, 134 educational spaces have been built by the school-builder donors across the province and have been transferred to the provincial educational organization. For now, 64 schools with 294 classrooms are being constructed with the contribution of school-builder donors in the province”, he reminded.

It is worthy to say that more than 158000 students in the various educational grades are studying in more than 3020 schools of Kohgiloyeh-Boyerahmad Province.
