EIKO Aids 330 Economic Empowerment Projects to Generate 197000 job Opportunities in the Less-Developed Areas

Pointing to launching about 330 economic firms, including enterprise-based and society-based ones Dr. Aref Noruzi, CEO of Barakat Foundation, an affiliated entity of Executive of Imam Khomeini’s Order (EIKO), said, “The job capacity generated for this project is more than 197000 jobs; and also 5800 billion Tomans have been invested in this project to be completed.”

Talking with correspondent of Barakat Foundation’s Public Relations Department on the sidelines of the 4th Jihadi Management Seminar, which was held in the IRIB’S International Conference Center, Dr. Aref Noruzi explained about various aspects of Jihadi Management in the Barakat Foundation, which was selected as the exemplary firm and its performance was appreciated, and said, “We in the Barakat Foundation, an affiliated company of Executive of Imam Khomeini’s Order (EIKO), try to realize considerations of Ayatollah Khamenei , the Leader of Islamic Revolution of Iran, on economic empowerment, entrepreneurship and job generation for unemployed people in the less-developed areas. To do so, we take advantage of economic capacities and advantages of each reach and form some firms and enterprises through working with people in the framework of cooperatives and/ small and medium enterprises.”

“Thus we have succeeded to develop 330 firms, including enterprise-based and society-based, which the job capacity generated for this project is more than 197000 jobs; and also 5800 billion Tomans have been invested in this project to be completed,” he added.

He also said that along with realization of Economy of Resistance policies, productive, agricultural, industrial and husbandry advantages have been covered which they have been considered.

“We have defined 25 plans in various categories including construction of schools and cultural centers, constructing houses for the needy, implementing infrastructural projects such as road-building and water supply and supportive and financial services in insurance and loans categories,” he opined.
