Priority has been given for the generation of employment in flood-stricken areas of the country, he maintained.
In the inaugural ceremony of 2,000-unit Resalat Residential Complex of Mashhad and also 29 development and infrastructural projects in Mashhad, Khorasan Razavi province, Dr. Mohammad Mokhber Head of the EIKO said, “Execution of Imam Khomeini’s Order generated 80,000 employments in the country last year (ended March 20, 2019), expandable to 100,000 jobs in the current year.”
Totally, EIKO will generate 100,000 new employment opportunities in the deprived and disadvantages areas of the country by the end of the current year, Dr. Mokhber reiterated.
He pointed to his trip to Khorasan Razavi province and emphasized, “this trip was made at the invitation of governor general of the province, in which, 3,100 development projects, costing over 500 billion tomans, will be inaugurated in this province.”
He also revealed the design and prediction of a comprehensive plan as pilot for organizing margin of the shrine city of Mashhad in the next few days.
He went on to say that Execution of Imam Khomeini’s Order (EIKO) has so far constructed 45,000 development projects, costing over 42,000 billion tomans, across the country especially in the deprived, disadvantaged and less developed areas of the country, adding, all these projects have become operational.”
He pointed to the activities of the Execution of Imam Khomeini’s Order (EIKO) in flood-hit areas of the country and said, “EIKO rushed to help flood-hit people in the early hours of this incident and embarked on provision of necessary and essential supplies to these people hit by devastating flashflood.”
Distribution of 30,000 packages of home appliances among flood-stricken people in different provinces of the country has started, the issue of which will be followed up by the EIKO seriously, Dr. Mokhber emphasized.
He also revealed the distribution of 600,000 essential items among flood-affected people, adding, “up to the present time, EIKO has distributed 600,000 essential items among flood-stricken people in different provinces of the country.”
People and Jihadi manpower and forces have distributed these items, he said, adding, “Execution of Imam Khomeini’s Order (EIKO) has not interfered in distribution of these items among flood-hit people.”
