Nematollah Albughabish, Shadegan’s Governor’s Deputy, announced about the implementation of Aftab and Aseman job creation plans by Barakat Foundation in this county and said, “These projects will be implemented with the aim of realization of economic empowerment with contribution and investment of Barkat Foundation and local people across the villages of Shadegan County.”

“Aftab Project is a set of executive instructions, infrastructural procedures and management system with an approach based on the participation and contribution of the local societies. In this regard, Barakat Foundation plays as a facilitator and tries to recognize the development capacities and to mobilize all available resources and accompanies people in educational, decision-making, contribution, self-sufficiency, development and extension of businesses, enhancing the level of social coherence and collective growth.” Shadegan’s Governor’s Deputy.

He also explained about Aseman Initiative and said, “This initiative has been designed in order to eradicate poverty and to create sustainable livelihood and to eradicate deprivation through empowering the local society, social entrepreneurship and enhancing the income level with the aim of extension of sustainable jobs, empowering local people in terms of social and economic aspects, increasing the level of self-sufficiency, contribution and accountability to develop their living environment.”

He pointed out that all necessary considerations for implementation of these two plans in Shadegan villages are being considered, and said, “Relying on the capacities available in each village and implementation of the projects, Barakat Foundation plays a key and basic role in empowerment and realization of economic development of regions, removing dealers, eradication of deprivation, reducing unemployment rate and job creation.”
