Mohammad Torkamaneh added, "In the MOUs signed with the Agricultural Jihad Ministry, and the Welfare Organization in line with Article 18, we see that today 80% of the allocated resources are used and 4,500 job creation plans are implemented, while most of the activities in that respect have been done in the Welfare Organization.
He added that the Barakat Foundation, has managed to act as a platform today, and has introduced this model as a sustainable practical procedure.
Torkamaneh said that when those MOUs were signed there was a problem, as the foundation thought the physically disabled people could not be successful in those plans, but that concern proved to be fault.
The managing director of Barakat Foundation said, "We welcome good plans and ideas in the fields of empowering the individuals with physical impairment and support and we make investments on the plans allocated to the best of them.
Torkamaneh added that today he can confidently say that physical impairment is not a restriction, as the physically impaired individuals, too, can side by side with the other citizens in the society serve their country.
