
Some 100 contractors will participate in the event, an official of the Barakat Foundation said.
Morteza Niazi underlined the role of contractors and facilitators of Barakat Foundation, adding that they follow up on launching employment plans.
They have been chosen from local areas, Niazi said, adding that the personnel participates in required educational courses.
The personnel is working in networks, he said, noting that the experts do not operate in the framework of a governmental bureaucratic structure.
Each contractor leads 10 facilitators, he said, adding that each facilitator covers 15 villages.
Exchanging experiences and know-how, holding training courses, and determining the strategies for the year 1401 are among the goals of this conference, he pointed out.
Marketing and market research, networking and clustering, creating a value-added chain, employment sustainability, psychology, and cognitive skills, familiarity with technical and economic evaluation of businesses, and strategic management are among the topics presented to the personnel in this conference, he added.
The top contractors and facilitators will be praised and honored during the event, he said.
Barakat Foundation evaluates the performance of the contractors and facilitators according to over 50 yardsticks including behavioral samples and beneficiaries’ satisfaction.
