The closing ceremony of The 5th Barakat Foundation Job Creators Conference was held in the presence of the Deputy Head of the Execution of Imam Khomeini Order for Social and Provincial Affairs Ali Asgari, Vice President for Development of Rural Areas, Villages, and Deprived Districts Affairs Amir-Hossein Madani, the managing director of Barakat Foundation Mohammad Torkamaneh and the deputies and managers of this foundation.
The managing director of Barakat Foundation said at the closing ceremony: Keeping in mind that the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution has named the (Iranian) year 1401 as “The Year of Knowledge-Based and Job Creator Production”, special support for the Knowledge-based companies is in the works-to-be-done agenda of Barakat Foundation.
Mohammad Torkamaneh Further emphasized: The directive order to support the knowledge-based companies is prepared, and this year 2,500 knowledge-based companies will be under the supportive umbrella of the Execution of Imam Khomeini Order and the Barakat Foundation.
The managing director of Barakat Foundation added: Keeping in mind that there are 6,000 active knowledge-based companies in Iran today, supporting 2,500 of them will lead to a great scientific evolution in our country, especially in the field of creating new jobs.
He said: The joint sessions of the knowledge-based committees of Barakat Foundation with Technology Parks in different provinces are being held, so that those knowledge-based companies that are ready to implement plans that create more jobs will be identified and supported.
The managing director of Barakat Foundation, meanwhile, noted: Yet, in choosing the knowledge-based companies and allocation of budgets to proposed plans, sufficient care need to be taken.
Torkamaneh said that focusing on the chain of values is among the other priorities of Barakat Foundation in the (Iranian) year 1401 (ending on March 21, 2023), so if in a region we enter a deprived district we need to focus on creating more sustainable jobs and businesses, so that eventually it will lead to wealth creation in that region and sustainable careers in that whole region.
The managing director of Barakat Foundation added: The chain of added value, keeping in mind the potentials and talents in each region, must take shape within a year, or in two years in that region.
He stressed on the need for marketing, reiterating: The foundation’s Export Company has already been established and has focused its activities on exporting the products of the knowledge-based companies to foreign markets at the beginning of its activities.
Torkamaneh said that the conference of the people involved in implementing job creating plans is an appropriate opportunity for exchanging experience, adding: On the sidelines of this conference there were also appropriate and practical training courses, that must continue in the virtual space.
The managing director of Barakat Foundation addressing the executive officials at the foundation, emphasized: You are the leaders of development and advancement in the regions of your missions, and you have good experience at the field of your activities.
Torkamaneh referred to the job creation plans in the (Iranian) year 1401 (ending on March 21, 2023) reiterating: Keeping in mind our promise to the president at the Supreme Employment Council to create 300,000 jobs this year, we need to be ready for a great and Jihadi work.
He added that the state directive on Appendix 16 of the 1401 Budget will be soon published and made effective by government, providing good financial assets for creating jobs and business opportunities in deprived districts and villages for the Barakat Foundation.
Torkamaneh advised the implementers of the plan that now that the interactions and cooperation with the provincial foundations, and especially the Governorate Offices have increased, they can harbinger good events in the field of creating more new jobs as well.
