Capitals of Country Should Be Provided to Elite Youth
Head of the Execution of Imam Khomeini’s Order (EIKO) Dr. Mohammad Mokhber emphasized that capitals of the country should be provided available to the youth elite who are active in the knowledge-based field.

According to the Public Relations Department of Barakat Foundation, affiliated to EIKO, the inaugural ceremony and simultaneous operation of TOOS CUT Khorasan Knowledge-based Economic Enterprise Plan and also 449 job-creation plan in the deprived and less developed areas of the country in the cities of Sarakhs, Torbat-e Jaam, Quchan, Sabzevar and Neyshabour were held in the presence of Head of EIKO Dr. Mohammad Mokhber and Governor General of Khorasan Razavi province Eng. AlirezaRazm-Hosseini.

In this ceremony, EIKO Head Dr. Mokhber described TOOS CUT Company as a document to the long-term and accurate views of the Leader of the Islamic Revolution and added, “the Leader has always emphasized on two important issues: 1- development of knowledge-based companies and scientific progress of the country.”

Dr. Mokhber added, “when the Leader says that the country has progressed scientifically, the role of this progress may not be felt in lives of some people”

He once again reiterated that capitals of the country should be provided available to talented and elite youth and young people of the country.

Those talented youth and young people who are active in the knowledge-based field cannot be expected to bring capital themselves, he said, adding, “these talented youth and elite are the asset for the country, so that they [elite and talented youth] should be supported and backed wholeheartedly.”

Elsewhere in his remarks, Dr. Mokhber pointed to the launch of 449 job-creation plans by Barakat Foundation, affiliated to EIKO, in the cities of Sarakhs, Torbat-e Jaam, Sabzevar and Neyshabor as a gift for the people of these regions and reiterated, “relying upon the assistance of the Almighty God, these philanthropic measures of the Foundation will continue strongly.”

Dr. Mahmoud Askari-Azad Chairman of the Board of Directors of Barakat Foundation, affiliated to EIKO, was the next speaker in the ceremony who emphasized, “creating employment, reviving social-natural human resources and taking advantage of public facilities are the main tasks of Barakat Foundation in line with socioeconomic empowerment of people in the deprived and less developed areas of the country.”

Barakat Foundation has 999 job-creation plans at hand in the cities of Sarakhs, Torbat-e Jaam and Neyshabour in Khorasan Razavi province, he said, adding, “of total 999 employment plans, 447 of which will become operational today while the rest plans will be commissioned in very near future.”

Launch of these plans will generate employment for 3,000 job-seeking people of this province, he reiterated.

These 445 plans, which have been launched, are related to the “Job-Creation” Plan of Barakat Foundation entitled “SAHAB” Plan that were launched in the cities of Sarakhs and Torbat-e Jaam.

According to this report, these jobs were generated by Barakat Foundation, affiliated to EIKO, in the fields of raising ‘mushroom’, ‘ostrich’, ‘native birds or chicken’, ‘light- and heavy livestock’, ‘wooden industries’, etc.

 

Moreover, two employment plans also were put into operation in the cities of Sabzevar and Neyshabor in Khorasan Razavi province.

It should be noted that “TOOS CUT Knowledge-based project” is one of the knowledge-based companies that has managed to cut dependency of country for importing some power parts and equipment into the country with its unique technology for the first time in the Middle East region.

This company started its activity with the investment and participation of Barakat Foundation, affiliated to EIKO, in Mashhad Top Technologies Industrial Township, Khorasan Razavi province as joint venture.
