The Caretaker of the Execution of Imam Khomeini's Order, Tehran’s interim Friday prayers leader, the managing director of Barakat Foundation, and some high-ranking managers of the Order participated in the event.
Today, 110 projects including mosques, cultural centers, seminaries, scholar houses, and Hussainias, which were built by the Barakat Foundation will be inaugurated, the Caretaker of the Execution of Imam Khomeini's Order said.
The projects have been constructed with the public’s contribution, Aref Norouzi, said adding that a total of 200 billion tomans have been invested in the construction of the projects, which are often carried out in low-income areas.
Economic empowerment, job creation, and production are objectives pursued by the Execution of Imam Khomeini's Order, he pointed out.
The Foundation has created 240,000 jobs in the year 1400, he said, noting that the amount will reach 300,000 jobs in the upcoming year.
To achieve the goal, 10,000 billion tomans will be allocated by the Order, he further noted.
Norouzi added that the Execution of Imam Khomeini's Order targeted the creation of 350,000 jobs in the current Iranian calendar year in 1401 by Barakat Foundation and other subsidiaries.
Referring to the name of 1401 as “Production: Knowledge-Based and Job-Creating”, he reiterated that the Execution of Imam Khomeini's Order has always been one of the pioneering organizations in the fields of knowledge-based activities, adding that today there are 400 knowledge-based firms in the country and we intend to enhance activities in this field four times more during this year.
He noted that we have allocated 7,000 billion tomans to the knowledge-based field in this year.
During this ceremony, Tehran’s interim Friday prayers leader Hojjatoleslam Kazem Seddiqi stated that “May God bless the actions of this revolutionary and jihadi headquarters, which you are working in all fields and serving the people.”
Prioritizing matters requires a database to know all the points and find the elites of those scopes and know what the needs and priorities of that province or village are through communicating with them, he noted.
At the end of the ceremony, several religious and cultural projects were put into operation via videoconference with Khuzestan, Gilan, and Ilam provinces.
