He made the remarks in the signing and sealing ceremony of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for the selection of EIKO as a definite economic institution in Dargaz, Khorasan Razavi province and said, “creating job for job-seeking people and job-generation management by people can lead to the eradication of deprivation and socioeconomic empowerment of people in the deprived and disadvantaged areas of the country.”

He commemorated the name and memory of martyrs of eight years of Sacred Defense (Iraqi imposed war against Iran in 1980-1988) especially martyr of Dargaz city Brigadier General Sayyad Shirazi and added, “any government has body and soul but form of a governance is not important for enemy, rather, enemy deals with its soul. According to the late founding father of the Islamic Revolution, the late Imam Khomeini (RA), enemy or Great Devil (Satan) has problem with the soul of government.”

Head of EIKO considered the soul in the Establishment of the Islamic Republic with three topics of “Islam”, “Leadership” and People” and reiterated, “pure religion of Islam is so attractive that its wave has swept the whole world and enemies have resorted to create groups such as Islamic State in Iraq and Levant (ISIL) (Persian acronym for DAESH) and Taliban in order to prevent the growing expansion of Islam in the world.”

“Leadership” is also derived from Islam and Islam is embodied and manifested in Velayat-e Faqih (Jurisprudence), he said, adding, “enemies have orchestrated plenty of plots and conspiracies against the leadership of the Establishment but they have always failed. An eloquent speech by the Leader of the Islamic Revolution thwarts all conspiracies waged by enemies against the country.”

He pointed to the key role of people and said, “people are the main picot of all activities and affairs.”

Dr. Mokhber emphasized, “there is no way to develop the country unless the presence of all walks of life in all arenas. Hence, people play an outstanding role in all activities. During Iraqi imposed war against Iran (1980-1988), a part of country was involved in war but today, all parts of the country are grappling with problem caused by economic war waged by US against the noble people of the country.”

Elsewhere in his remarks, Dr. Mokhber pointed to the allocation of 250 billion tomans to the people of flood-affected provinces in the country, adding, “for example, EIKO has undertaken to provide and distribute 30,000 packages of home appliances and also 30,000 packs of stationery among flood-hit people.”

Problems facing the country are resolved by the very people, he said, adding, “EIKO has covered 4,000 villages in a way that EIKO has settled problems of 2,700 rural families.”

Attending the cemetery of martyrs and visiting the esteemed families of martyrs were of the other programs of the head of Execution of Imam Khomeini’s Order in his trip to Dargaz, Khorasan Razavi province.
