Infrastructural Projects and Development Deputy Office of Barakat Foundation put the credits allocated for the provision of 100 dowries at over 4 billion rials.
The dowries were provided in cooperation with Barakat Foundation, affiliated to EIKO, and Headquarters of Eradication of Deprivation of the Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps (IRGC).
Given the above issue, the dowries were donated to 100 needy newly brides, covered by the charity foundations in Dezful, the report added.
These dowries include essential devices and appliances such as refrigerator-freezer, five-burner gas cooker, a 12-m carpet, TV, vacuum cleaner, fruit juicer, iron, etc.
Under the contract concluded between Barakat Foundation, affiliated to EIKO, and Headquarters to Eradicate Deprivation, affiliated to IRGC, in Feb. 2018, Barakat Foundation is committed to allocating the amount of 100 billion rials in Dezful and regions around the city in line with the eradication of poverty.
According to this report, 100 billion rials worth of credit will be spent for the construction of rural roads’ projects, commissioning of 16 water-supply projects, construction operation of six Barakatschools, completion of construction operation of five mosques, construction of three outdoor sports complexes, provision of 100 dowries for 100 needy young couples, etc.
Of these projects, moreover providing and delivering 100 dowries to the needy couples, construction operation of three schools and an artificial sports turf, as well as completion of construction operation of two mosques, is underway which will be put into operation in early Oct. 2018 and on the occasion of Sacred Defense Week (marking Iraqi imposed war against Iran, 1980-1988).
It should be noted that Barakat Foundation, affiliated to the Execution of Imam Khomeini Order (EIKO) has put the following projects atop agenda: implementation of job-generating projects, economic empowerment, construction operation of development and infrastructural projects, construction of school and cultural-religious centers, healthcare and treatment centers, presenting quality social, supportive and insurance services in line with eradication of deprivation, helping promote social justice and boosting life condition of people living in the underprivileged and disadvantaged rural areas of the country.
