Javad Shekarkhah, the economic deputy of EIKO, who was speaking in the ceremony held for granting necessary home appliances to the flood-stricken residents of Shiraz, said: “The Execution of Imam Khomeini’s Order is working on creating 13500 jobs for those who have lost their businesses in these floods, out which some of them have been launched and the remaining will be launched by the yearend,” the Public Relations of the Barakat Foundation of the Execution of Imam Khomeini’s Order (EIKO) reported.
“The Execution of Imam Khomeini’s Order has supplied 30000 home appliances packages, 10000 cattle, 33000 stationary packages and 20000 housing repair allowances for the flood-stricken people so far,” he added.
“The Execution of Imam Khomeini’s Order already has formed teams to confront floods. The teams are composed of Ehsan-e Barakat Foundation, the Jihadi service headquarter of The Execution of Imam Khomeini’s Order and the Emergency Relief Center. Supplying the necessary infrastructures, they were ready to serve the flood-stricken people whenever it was necessary,” the economic deputy of The Execution of Imam Khomeini’s Order added.
“EIKO played a key role since the beginning of floods in ten provinces of the country and sent its shipments including foodstuff and necessary items (3million items) to the flood-stricken areas of the country,” he said.
Shekarkhah also said, “With the aim of assisting the harmed people, the Jihadi service headquarters of The Execution of Imam Khomeini’s Order organized 1500 Jihadi groups in 10 flood-stricken provinces of the country.”
Elsewhere in his remarks, the economic deputy of The Execution of Imam Khomeini’s Order said, “In the Fars province, both Jihadi and popular groups were organized after the flood, which itself is considered as a good social capacity and capital which is formed in this province and must be kept and used in the future if necessary.”
“Today, The Execution of Imam Khomeini’s Order distributed 1000 home appliances packages and 2000 stationary packages among the flood-stricken people and also 200 job-creation projects were launched for those who had lost their businesses I the flood,” he explained.
“There are two priorities in the polices and activates of Execution of Imam Khomeini’s Order; first, realization the second step of the Revolution, which has been compiled by the Leader and the second considerations and emphasizes of the Leader on the prosperity of the national production,” he opined.
“Execution of Imam Khomeini’s Order follows a key strategy in the deprived areas which is creating jobs and supporting small and large economic enterprises in such areas,” the economic deputy of the Execution of Imam Khomeini’s Order added.
“The Execution of Imam Khomeini’s Order has developed 1600 schools, 1000 mosques, House of Quran and Husseinias, 32000 housing units for the deprived people, 1110 different projects and totally 45000 projects with about 42000 billion tomans via Barakat Foundation across the country,” Shekarkhah added.
He also said that EIKO has finalized or is working on 1028 economic empowerment project in the Fars Province and also it has created 8356 new job opportunities in this province.
“As one of the largest projects of the country’s petrochemical projects of the country, Parsian Ethane Extraction initiative is being finalized by the Execution of Imam Khomeini’s Order in Fars Province. About 1000 billion USD has been invested in this project and it is predicted that it would be completed during the coming ten-day dawn,” Shekarkhah added.
According to the economic deputy of Execution of Imam Khomeini’s Order, EIKO has constructed and launched 101 schools, 30 mosques, and 26 constructional projects in the Fars Province.
