Attending by Eng. Saeed Jafari, CEO of Barakat Foundation, and Dr. Mahmoud Askari Azad, head of Board of the directors of Barakat Foundation, Dr. Mehrdad Bazrpash, head of Board of Directors of Barakat Ehsan Social Foundation, deputies and directors of the Execution of Imam Khomeini’s Order (EIKO), and participants of the training course, the closing ceremony of the second training course for the socio-economic facilitators of the Execution of Imam Khomeini’s Order’s Barakat Foundation was held.
In this ceremony which was associated with the speech of Dr. Mehrdad Bazrpash, head of Board of Directors of Barakat Ehsan Foundation, and providing a report by Dr. Reza Razizadeh, society-based entrepreneurial development deputy of Barakat Foundation, some of the participants of the 2nd Training Course for the Barakat Foundation’s Socio-economic Facilitators were appreciated.
It is worthy to say that in order to conduct its missions declared by the EIKO and also with the aims of developing the sustainable employment across the deprived regions, Barakat Foundation holds the second training course for the socio-economic facilitators with more than 200 participants from 25 provinces of the country.
200 participants of this training course were selected out of 1650 volunteered theology students who succeeded to pass the examination and the interviews. They are supposed to learn socio-economic skills within two weeks of this training course.
In this course, socio-economic facilitators of the Barakat Foundation of EIKO, as the communication loops between Barakat Foundation and people and job creation practitioners in the deprived areas, learned certain skills and techniques such as entrepreneurship, participation strategies, identifying the target communicates, circulars and job creation techniques of Barakat Foundation, facilitation of employment and business plans, preparing preparation and tools of facilitation, how to make right and effective relation with the job applicants etc through 80 hours education.
Also, 20 more hours have been considered for being familiar with the policies and missions of EIKO, Barakat Foundation and legal concepts and ethical principles.
Explaining plans, circulars and models of job creation of Barakat Foundation of EIKO are among other parts and pivots of the 2nd Training Course for the Barakat Foundation’s Socio-economic Facilitators.
After passing the two-week training course, the participants, as the socio-economic facilitators of the EIKO’s Barakat Foundation, will execute their learned concepts and principles in the framework of job creation initiatives and circulars of Barakat Foundation.
Generally, socio-economic facilitators of Barakat Foundation will work on launching, operationalizing and establishing the job creation projects for three years.
