The 2,000 units in Resalat Residential Complex of Mashhad and also Barakat Foundation’s 29 development and infrastructural projects were inaugurated in Khorasan Razavi province by the head of the Execution of Imam Khomeini’s Order (EIKO) Dr. Mohammad Mokhber concurrently.
The 2,000-unit Resalat Residential Complex of Mashhad was inaugurated at the margin of Mashhad while 29 development projects of Barakat Foundation were inaugurated in cultural, educational, water-supply and relief fields in this province in the presence of Head of Execution of Imam Khomeini’s Order (EIKO) Dr. Mohammad Mokhber, governor general of Khorasan Razavi province, mayor of Mashhad and a number of executives and deputies of EIKO.
It should be noted that 2,000-unit Resalat Residential Complex of Mashhad has been constructed for low-income families in Sisabad District, at the margin of Mashhad, Khorasan Razavi province.
In this ceremony, Managing Director of TADBIR Building Group Eng. Ali Nikzaddescribed the Execution of Imam Khomeini’s Order (EIKO) as one of the successful institutions in the country in the field of social missions and responsibilities.
Social discussions are one of the major concerns of the head of Execution of Imam Khomeini’s Order (EIKO), he said, and reiterated, “TADBIR Building Group has so far constructed 4,000 cheap residential units in various provinces of the country including Tehran, Alborz, Gilan, Golestan, Ardebil, Isfahan, Kordestan and Khorasan Razavi.”
He pointed to the investment of the Execution of Imam Khomeini’s Order (EIKO) in the field of construction of housing for the deprived and low-income families in the country and added, “these residential units are delivered to the applicants against receiving 60 percent (60%) of its final price and the remaining amount of the residential unit is received in long-term installments.”
In the end, CEO of TADBIR Building Group Eng. Nikzad expressed hope that construction of cheap residential units will be constructed by the Execution of Imam Khomeini’s Order (EIKO) in one of the other neighborhoods at the margin of shrine city of Mashhad in the very near future.
Managing Director of Barakat Foundation, a subsidiary of the Execution of Imam Khomeini’s Order (EIKO), Eng. Saeed Jafari was the next speaker in this ceremony who pointed to the main activity and mission of the Foundation and said, “Generation of employment is one of the main missions of Barakat Foundation.”
Moreover, generation of employment, Barakat Foundation launches development projects in the deprived and less developed areas of the country according to the requirements, Eng. Jafari reiterated.
Construction operation of 600 development and infrastructural projects is underway, costing over 330 billion tomans, in Khorasan Razavi province, he said, adding, “Some of these projects have been put into operation by Barakat Foundation.”
He put the number of development and infrastructural projects of Barakat Foundation, affiliated to the EIKO, in Khorasan Razavi province at 600, construction operation of some of which are either underway or have become operational.
Construction of 52 schools with 322 classrooms, construction and delivery of 35 mosques and cultural centers, completion of construction operation of Dargaz 96-bed Hospital, construction of health houses, road, water-supply project and also renovation of aqueduct (underground water tables), etc. are of the salient projects of Barakat Foundation in Khorasan Razavi province, he emphasized.
Elsewhere in his remarks, CEO of Barakat Foundation, affiliated to the EIKO, put the number of development and infrastructural projects of the Foundation in Khorasan Razavi province at 45 which includes 22 111-classroom schools with 60 percent physical progress, six mosques and cultural centers and also 17 development projects, total of which will be put into operation before the termination of the current year in 1398 (started March 21, 2019).
In describing 29 development and infrastructural projects inaugurated by Barakat Foundation, affiliated to the EIKO, he added, “these development and infrastructural projects were inaugurated and became operational in Mashhad, Khorasan Razavi province in the fields of education, training, water supply, sanitary service, gym (sports hall), housing for the needy and deprived people, etc.
These projects were inaugurated in the cities of Khaf, Sabzevar, Gonabad, Neyshabour, Davarzan, Firouzeh and other small cities of Khorasan Razavi province, Eng. Jafari emphasized.
In the end, Managing Director of Barakat Foundation, a subsidiary of the EIKO, expressed hope that salient measures and activities of the Foundation will continue across the country for the development, progress, eradication of poverty, socioeconomic empowerment of people in the deprived and disadvantaged areas of the country.
