It should be noted that 138 companies participated in the 3rd National Award of Excellence and Progress.
Every year, the National Award of Excellence and Progress is granted to the top and exemplary companies affiliated to the Leader’s Office after the evaluation of performance and activities of industrial units according to the indexes including [increasing value for customs, creating sustainable future, development of organizational capabilities, sustainability of salient results, management, agility, leadership with foresightedness, creativity and innovations, etc.]
Activity incompatible with the notified strategies and policies, effective measures in line with realizing objectives of resistance economy, the definition of organizational objectives according to the approved programs and articles of association, etc. are of the salient criteria and indexes for granting the National Award of Excellence and Progress.
Developing the culture of excellence in foundations, organizations, institutes and companies, creating competitive environment simultaneous with creativity and innovation in target organizations, encouraging for fulfilling self-assessment operations to identify weaknesses and strengths, developing capability of internal management system in target organizations, strengthening effective and constructive interaction inside and outside the organization, paving suitable ground for exchanging technical know-how and knowledge among target organizations, honoring excellence and productive organizations, appreciating activities of managers and their staff, increasing satisfaction of beneficiaries consecutively, attaining to a model of Islamic –Iranian excellence, etc are of the main objectives behind organizing National Award of Excellence and Progress by the Policymaking Council of the Award.
Since its establishment, Barakat Foundation, affiliated to the Execution of Imam Khomeini’s Order (EIKO), has carried out widespread measures for eradication of depravity, creating employment, social and economic empowerment of deprived people living in the less developed and underprivileged areas of the country.
This Foundation has thus far allocated over 95,000 billion rials worth of credit in the less developed and disadvantaged areas of the country in the field of social responsibilities, warding off deprivation and social and economic empowerment of people living in these deprived areas.
